Ångerrätt och klagomål

Du som är privatperson har enligt Distans- och Hemförsäljningslagen ångerrätt på ditt köp i 14 dagar för köp som sker uteslutande på distans (för personförsäkring är ångerfristen 30 dagar).

Ångerrätten omfattar inte avtal som ingås av juridisk person. För att utnyttja ångerrätten tar du smidigast kontakt med oss via e-post till info@brookfield.se eller ring oss på telefon 08 503 093 32 så hjälper vi dig.

Right to withdraw

If you made your purchase remotely the Distance Selling Regulation allows you to cancel free of charge during the first 14 days of your policy (extended 30 days for private insurances).

This does not apply to for insurance taken out by legal entities. If you wish to exercise this right please email us on info@brookfield.se or call us on +46 8 503 093 32.

National Board for Consumer Disputes

If you are a private individual and are not satisfied with how we dealt with your complaint, you may appeal your case to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). ARN is a public authority that functions roughly like a court. ARN will impartially try disputes between consumers and business operators. Complaints must be submitted in writing by the consumer. ARN provides recommendations on how disputes should be resolved,however ARN’s recommendations are not binding, but the majority of companies follow them. It usually takes about six months for ARN to make a decision on the complaint and this service is free of charge.

If you decide to pursue your complaint through the courts you should check if you have any Legal Expenses insurance.
